Before we begin, every squad member will set a clear, specific, and measurable goal for 2025. You won’t be doing this alone—I’ll personally review and refine your goal with you during a 15-minute 1:1 session to make sure it’s achievable, aligned, and inspiring.
Each month kicks off with a powerful group Mastermind call. In this session, you’ll choose and share a focused project that will move you one step closer to your 2025 goal. This isn’t just talk—we’ll dig in using a detailed worksheet to map out your plan, including:
- The purpose behind your project
- Why it matters to your business
- Your ideal outcome
- What success looks like
- And more…
You’ll present your project during the call, get feedback, and benefit from the group's brainpower.
You’ll be paired with 1–2 accountability partners to keep the momentum going. Your squad will check in weekly to celebrate progress, work through roadblocks, and keep each other laser-focused and on track.
Every month, you also get a 30-minute private strategy call with me. We’ll talk through your project, refine your approach, make smart adjustments, and ensure you stay aligned with your ultimate goal.
And to keep things fun and motivating, we’re adding a competitive edge. Points and prizes will be awarded to the highest-performing squad each month—and you can keep an eye on your progress anytime via our custom leaderboard.
The program has a 6-month minimum commitment to give you time to build momentum and see real progress. After that, you're welcome to stay as long as you’d like.
