Hi, I’m Belinda Sandor, the Founder of The VA Connection® and a seasoned Virtual Assistant with over 20,000 hours of experience.

I started my VA business in 2010 just a few months shy of my 50th birthday.

At the time, I was going through a messy divorce. I was a newly single mom with a 9-year-old daughter, buried in debt, and hadn’t been able to pay the mortgage in over a year. I didn’t have a job. I didn’t have a plan. I just knew one thing: I had to make this work.

I needed a way to support us that didn’t involve long commutes, rigid hours, or begging for time off. If I was going to turn things around, I had to get clients quickly and create consistent income from home.

With my back against the wall, I figured out a system—one that worked then, and still works now.

By the end of my second year, I was earning over $100,000 a year as a Virtual Assistant, working from home, on my terms.

In 2019, I launched The VA Connection® to help other women build their own VA businesses so they could have the same freedom, flexibility, and financial stability I found.
